I just had some of the best hash browns I have ever had! My spinach omelette was overloaded with spinach and mushrooms! My sister had a beautiful country fried steak! I will have to go back for the biscuits and gravy. They bake the biscuits with sausage patties in them! It’s a must stop in North Dakota!

The service and the food at Vicky's Viking Room is always top notch. The staff is courteous and friendly. There is a full menu, plus the daily specials are interesting and varied.

Great soups, sandwiches, & staff! I find myself here weekly for the Hanswich and a cup of wildrice soup! One of the best places to eat in Valley City!

We were traveling through Valley City. My grandparents met at a place called the Highliner. This was not the place. The food was ok. I ordered the meat omelette without hasbrowns or toast and was charged the full 12.95. Same for my husband. We had one coffee and was charged for 2. The man cooking in the open floor plan kitchen was a real ass to the wait staff. I felt bad for them as they were young and he was old and easily confused. He kept having to clarify the handwritten tickets. Doesn't BC always mean bacon??
